FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing depends on what we're working on.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I first schedule a FREE CONSULTATION to get to know my clients and their dog better. We talk about all of their specific training goals, and then go over my training packages and pricing.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been professionally training dogs and rehabilitating severe behavior issues since 2008. I am certified by the Certification Council of Professional Dog Trainers, and must complete 36 continuing education units every 3 years to keep up to date on the latest dog training methods.
