Renee was an amazing addition to my engagement. She made the process of finding a photographer incredibly easy and was so kind and great to talk to. She responded very quick which helped me feel appreciated and also arrived on time for the actual day so there was no worries on needed to delay my proposal.
When meeting Renee in person she was so kind and happy for me and my fiancé which I greatly appreciated. She took the time to take in the moment photos and also to take some additional photos after the proposal so we can show our family this amazing moment. Working with eS Renee was a pleasure. She was very professional, punctual and responsive. Tessia is AMAZING!!! It was my first time using a professional photographer and Tessia really came through for me! I had planned a surprise proposal during date night for my partner and Tessia didn’t give anything away at any point. She was able to get so many candid photos of our date night and was able to capture the whole proposal moment beautifully!! Tessia is warm, friendly, and good at what she does. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with all of my clients. If they can’t afford the price that’s pitched, we always work out something. Whether it be outfit changes, discounts or referral kickbacks. I’m open to working together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication via email. Gathering a feel for what the clients wants, shoots they’ve previously done. What interests they have - can also help the process creatively.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been taking photos since I was a child. Always had a fascination with the camera.
