Hello. I'm studying Computer Science at Cal Sate Long Beach. I can teach anything mostly anything that involves a computer. PATIENCE is my strength. My passion is helping others. I can set up or repair mostly any electronic equipment whether it be computers, printers, tablets and other common household devices. I will be completely honest with you. If I can't fix it, I will let you know and just charge you $20 for the time and gas. As I do the setup/repair, I can teach you how to do it so you can do it yourself if it happens again. I don't want to hassle anyone, I just want to teach others. I have 2 years of experience working as a tech associate at Staples and 2 years with my business. I don't focus too much on hardware repair but I'm always up for a challenge.

A senior friend of mine was struggling with his computer, putting in hours of frustrating effort into outcomes that weren't what he wanted. I contacted Jose Franco on a Sunday. He came out to help my frustrated friend within an hour, and helped solve the problems he was struggling with. He was on time. Very professional. He really cared about what needed to be done. My tech knowledge is embarrassingly minimal. My printer has been collecting dust for a couple of years as I had been told that it was hopeless. Jose came out a couple of days ago to check it out.
Communication beforehand was great. He was right on time as we had agreed. Happily, he was so patient with my endless questions and walked me through operating things. My little office is pleasantly humming along now and I am making a list of future tasks to call him back soon. So happy to meet him!
