FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, my process always begins with a conversation to understand the problem they’re experiencing. I ask questions about the activity they’re seeing, how long it’s been happening, and what areas of the property are affected. From there, I schedule an inspection so I can properly identify the pest, locate entry points, and determine the level of activity. During the inspection I also look for conditions that may be contributing to the problem, such as moisture issues, food sources, or structural gaps. Once I have a clear understanding of the situation, I explain the findings to the client and recommend a treatment plan. I focus on using the right products and methods for the specific pest, while also prioritizing safety for the household, pets, and environment. After the initial service, I provide guidance on prevention and recommend a maintenance schedule. My goal is not just to treat the problem, but to make sure it doesn’t come back.
