Todd performed tricky exterior work on rotted balcony columns that needed to be replaced as well as substantial interior painting. All was an excellent experience. Competitive bid that came in as promised. Work was done on schedule and performed with outstanding quality. Highly recommended.

Todd was great - he had some really nice wood double-hung windows built and the installation went well. It's a 100 year old Craftsman so it required more than a simple remove and replace...and they turned out great. He replaced the existing MDF trim with real wood, sanded the edges to match the original woodwork of the house & it looks great. He made sure the work areas inside the house were covered/sealed as much as possible & cleaned up too (which seems like a given, but i've had contractors that created a mess and left a mess). The best thing is that he actually did the work himself - no subcontractors which is always risky for the customer. From our experience, he is very detailed-oriented and also has excellent carpentry skills. He seems to take pride in his work and it shows. We would hire him again for future work.

Wonderful experience yesterday with Joe! They quoted me a price for installing a retractable screen door and the price was the same that was charged. Joe was very professional and personable and even gave me some pointers on some DIY projects. I will definitely be contacting them again soon to do some dry wall work. Thanks guys!!
