- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes great customer service and high end products. I treat every customer as if they were Beyonce, Celine Dion and J.lo. I HAVE A STATE OF CALIFORNIA COSMETOLOGY LICENSE. I have also spent thousands of dollars in outside training continuing my education for hair, makeup, nails and skincare. I only use highend products, I take pride in my work and I am not afraid of any hair texture or skin tone. My education adds to my pricing because with that comes keeping people safe during service with sanitation as well. I do not cancel on clients; no job is big or small to me! I love makeup, hair, nails and skin care! I love what I do! Communication is key!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is always a consultation to make sure that we are on the same page. It can be in person, video, email or text ect. I love to know what you are looking for, what is your budget, any allergies, and what is the service for. Depending on the project there is a deposit, trial and contract. Communication is key!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Cosmetologist: over 1600 hour training in Hair: Hair styling, cutting, coloring, chemical services, extensions and more. Makeup: Makeup, eye brows, microblading and eyelash extensions. Skin care: Facials. Nails: Mani/pedi, acrylic and hard gel extensions.
