The Hard Workers Construction Corp. has worked on our home for the last two years. The owner, Octavio, was instrumental in offering us solutions to several issues that we presented to him. He dealt with any/all permitting issues. Always a quality job, and a very honest contractor. We would not hesitate to contact him for any future projects. Here is a list of the various projects that were performed: - Installed insulation in both the attic and basement. - Reroofed our garage – dealing with all permitting. - Installed utility door on garage along with an awning for it. - Built new basement door for our California basement - Repaired garage door to include new bottom seal. - Installed new gutters/downspouts on garage.

Octavio Rivas, owner of The Hard Workers Construction Corp., worked on my home for years and I would not think of calling anyone else. Octavio is a rare contractor who truly looks at each job in detail and offers the best solutions to the customer. He wants the customer to be totally happy and satisfied with the work. He does not take shortcuts or use inferior materials, his approach is always for a well-done quality job. I had a big problem with a residential flat roof at the very end of its life. I was required to comply with CA Title 24 roofing requirements for energy efficiency standards. Octavio totally understood CA Title 24 and the problems with my flat roof. He worked with the City Building and Safety Department to get permits to change the roof pitch and new overhang around the house. He installed all new beams, insulation, and fascia boards. He installed all new windows and doors on my home. There was a lot of termite damage requiring all new wood to be installed and walls replaced before I had a restucco job on the home. He painted almost every room and is an excellent painter. He replaced almost all of the molding in my home and it is perfect. He replaced all of my rusted outside vents with stainless steel vents. They look great and I do not have to worry about them rusting. We had a lot of rain during construction and Octavio always covered my roof with tarps that kept rain outside and not in my home. He often worked into the night doing this and did not think twice about it. He knew it needed to be done and he was on it. Octavio is a contractor that will always spend as much time talking through questions and concerns as is necessary so you know exactly what will happen, how it will look, and what it will cost. He has very fair pricing for the quality work he provides. I will always call Octavio first for any home-related issues. You will not find a more fair, reasonable, or honest contractor. He is just a really good guy and does great work.
