- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always transparent and fair. I provide upfront estimates with no hidden fees. For larger projects, I offer bundled pricing, and returning customers get special discounts. Every quote is based on the scope of work, materials, and the time required to do the job properly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the project details and making sure I fully understand the customer’s expectations. When needed, I schedule an on-site visit to take measurements and evaluate the job. After that, I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once everything is approved, I begin the work and keep the customer updated throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 15 years of hands-on experience in home improvement, carpentry, electrical work, and general handyman services. Over the years I’ve trained through real-world projects, professional mentorship, and continuous learning to stay up-to-date with tools, techniques, and safety standards.
