- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to offer fair, straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. I charge by the hour or per project depending on the task, and I’m always upfront about the cost before starting. For smaller jobs or first-time customers, I may offer discounts to build long-term relationships. My goal is to provide solid work at reasonable rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to what the customer need, whether that’s over a quick call, text, or message. I ask for photos or details so I can give an accurate estimate. Once we agree on the scope and price, I schedule the job and show up on time, ready to work. I always clean up after myself and make sure the customer is happy before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve learned most of my skills through hands on experience, working on home projects for myself, family, and friends & also working in construction over the years. I also regularly study techniques, tools, and safety tips from online courses and trusted sources to keep improving. I also sign up to colleges that offer construction & hands-on courses, that way I stay educated in what I'm doing in the field.I’m always learning and committed to doing the job right.
