- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been told, by my friends, that I am a natural for selling real estate. I remember, back in the day, that realtors looked miserable at their open houses so I had never considered it. I needed some flexibility in my work schedule and it fit perfectly. And I love homes and decor and people. I love my job!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I 've worked with many different professions, nationalities, singles, families, etc. I believe that we attract similar types of people and that has been true for me, for the most part.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your realtor works fulltime. Many do not. Choose someone with whom you click. That person will most likely do business the way that suits you. Educate yourself so you have idea of the buying/selling process so there are no big surprises along the way.
