I allowed my cousin and his wife and kids live with me for several months. I would clean they would trash it so I eventually gave up. Once they moved I started trying to put my house back to normal. After 2 days of cleaning I felt I was making little progress so I sought professional help. It took them only 4 hours to get my house clean again. We put out a request Friday night and by 11 a.m. Saturdsy, Jose and Diego were working to clean my mother's house. She has been ill for a while and not able to clean. They were incredibly kind, efficient and hard working. The house looks, feels and smells amazing! I am so happy I found them! They are not professional. They have no idea what a deep cleaning means. Would not recommend them to anyone to use. They are expensive and didn’t clean several areas in the house. They also used an abrasive sponge/ source on our stainless steel refrigerator and scratched it all over. I’ve been in contact wit them since the day they cleaned and they have lied and bs’d the whole time. Last night they wanted to send a technician out at 6am this morning! I said we could do after 7am and within minutes the cancelled. We felt that they were running around the bush and was trying to soothe us until the first 7 days pass! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A prospective customer will either contact us by phone or e-mail. Our administrative assistant goes over their project in detail, including the price and time estimate. If the customer agrees to hire us, our assistant will book them for the time and date that best suits the customer. The day before the cleaning, the customer will receive a confirmation email. On the day of the cleaning, the customer will receive a text or call when the cleaners have arrived at their residence.
