- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on how many cleaners, the time the service takes, and the type of services a cleaning project requires.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A prospective customer will either contact us by phone or e-mail. Our administrative assistant goes over their project in detail, including the price and time estimate. If the customer agrees to hire us, our assistant will book them for the time and date that best suits the customer. The day before the cleaning, the customer will receive a confirmation email. On the day of the cleaning, the customer will receive a text or call when the cleaners have arrived at their residence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners are very well trained and vetted. Before working, they are required to watch videos and follow guides that help them to acquire skills and abilities in the realization of the different cleaning services. The cleaners learn how to use different supplies in specific areas like particular sprays for glass doors, or the appropriate powder to remove water stains and calcium accumulation in the toilet or bathtubs, they learn how to use a steamer for grout in bathroom tile, or window seals, etc. Also, cleaners are trained in removing dust in areas that require special attention like blinds and the tops of door frames.
