Dar was the best thing that happened to us. Selling a house is a very stressful experience but Dar was a real bright spot. He staged our home beautifully and went above and beyond staging to give us helpful advice. During showings it was common to hear prospective buyers comment on how beautiful our home looked. A couple of them even asked if they could have the furniture. He is a great guy with a lot of talent who does an outstanding job for a very fair price! And he genuinely cared. Highly recommend!!!!

Dar was amazing! I highly recommend Dar. His personalized service, his ability to look at our home and customize the decor was second to none. We interviewed many "stagers" and Dar was the only person to look at the "bones" of our house and know how to present the house at its best. If I was to ever need staging again, I would only use Dar -- and I would recommend Dar to any friend looking for a stager.
According to my husband, his staging accentuated the best of the house and his staging made the house look better than we imagined -- as a viewer of the home, you didn't necessarily know how great the staging was -- it fit so perfectly with the home. As the owner, we realized that without the staging the home went back to just a house -- Dar got to know the house, and us, and made our home amazing.

Words cannot suffice in terms of how Dar has truly blessed our family! I interviewed at least 5 interior designers and Dar’s level of experience, attention to detail, and referrals far exceeded anyone else. I greeted him with a hug when I first saw him because he has this joyful magnetic glow that makes you feel like he is a really good friend. Dar is very punctual; he shows up exactly at the time he gives you and he does not rush you. He is knowledgeable, very attentive, and incredibly patient (we would sometimes have multiple hour meetings). He worked around our schedule with our little ones and never complained about the long hours he put in or how meticulous we were in the designing phase. We enjoyed working with Dar so much that we hired him to stage our house, which put our house over the top in a competitive market. I cannot wait to bring him on board to give our new home the “Dar touch”!

We met with Dar for a consultation on our remodel project. He was very helpful and solved our guest house kitchen design problem. Before he left we had completely reconfigured the cabinetry design and had a much better functioning space.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. I usually charge a design fee for my residential clients and an hourly fee for commercial clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to have an in-depth, in-person initial consult with the client to determine the guidelines for the project. Every project and every client is different and no assumptions should be made. Clients have a pretty good idea of what they want their homes to look and feel like, they just need a professional to guide them in the right direction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Interior Design, but I never stop learning. Interior Design changes so rapidly that you need to be always diligent.
