- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with new customers we are looking to build a relationship so we can understand what the job is that we are doing. Each client has a different purpose for why they need demolition, hauling, debris removal etc...by understanding their need we can ensure that we send the best team for the job. Many times this can be done through an in person walkthrough where we take photos and videos, other times we can assess the job through video calling apps, whichever works best with the client. Once we have videos or have done an in person walkthrough, we will have an estimate to you within two hours. The estimate will include how many people in the crew and how long it would take for them to accomplish the job. When approved, we will work with you to find a time that works for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew has a training program that has them working with a team of workers that have been working in the industry for over 30 years. We make sure that before we put them on the job that they have passed our training program.
