I price most projects as flat-fee engagements based on scope, not hourly guesswork. Smaller strategy sprints and audits are designed to be accessible, with clear deliverables and timelines. Larger engagements can expand into phased support if needed. I don’t charge hidden fees, everything is outlined upfront so expectations are clear.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a focused discovery call to understand your goals, audience, current marketing efforts, and where things feel stuck. From there, I define a clear scope and timeline. Most projects follow this structure: Audit & diagnosis Strategy refinement (messaging, positioning, funnel, omnichannel plan) Clear action roadmap with implementation priorities My goal is always clarity first, then momentum.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience in B2B and DTC marketing strategy, including ABM, sales/marketing alignment, omnichannel planning, and full-funnel optimization. I combine senior-level strategic leadership with hands-on execution across digital channels, campaign development, and growth planning. In addition to building strategy, I help companies implement internal change management, coach teams through new processes, and upskill existing marketing staff so your organization can execute effectively long after the engagement ends.
