Before I took Jacquie's bubbling and rainbow meditation class, I had no idea that I hold the power to help heal and protect myself on a daily basis. Being empathic, I pick up lots of energy everywhere I go and this can make for unnecessarily stressful and emotional times, but Jacquie gave me the tools to help cleanse and shield myself and stay comfortable everywhere I go. I also love working with the angels to help cleanse my energy and my surroundings - something I had no idea I could do until I took Jacquie's class! Jacquie is understanding, compassionate and wonderful to work with; I highly recommend her class and healing sessions.
My partner and I have been looking for a private yoga teacher to come to the house for the last few weeks and interviewed many. Sure wish Linda was the 1st one we talked with because we would have hired her on the spot and not had to go through the process. Such great energy and soul. I have had the pleasure of taking a handful of Alex Tackets classes whilst visiting Sacramento, and I highly recommend her class to anyone and everyone! She creates a warm & playful environment for yogis of all levels of experience, giving clear and thorough cues, and subtle corrections when needed. Alex is both friendly and grounded, and never seems to take herself too seriously, which I appreciate in a yoga teacher! Shes more than approachable and has helped explain and guide me through poses that I was struggling with. Ive also done both AcroYoga and Stand Up Paddleboard yoga with Alex, and she rocks at teaching those, too. All in all, Alex is one of my favorite teachers and I only wish I lived closer so that I could take her classes more often!
Stephanie was my first yoga teacher and has been an unbelievable blessing and positive force in my life. Her classes are dripping with inspiration, insight, love and all things beneficent.
Justin is one of my favourite yoga teachers. His classes are varied and always interesting. While for me they are definitely challenging I always feel safe to push myself and perhaps try something new as Justin is always there to support and guide me through a pose or flow. He is super motivating, and while always professional there’s still room to have fun and laughter in the practice which for me, having been to some really serious, pretentious classes in the past is so refreshing. Not only will you have a really great practice but you can actually enjoy it and leave with a big smile on you face! Add to that, he’s just a really lovely person who I’m so pleased to have met. I would definitely recommend him - thanks Justin:-)

A yoga teacher who is a REAL person. Like, she doesn't sugar-coat things. Devon makes yoga fun and accessible. You will not regret training with her. When I do, I get excited to take chances and try postures I've been previously too scared to even attempt. Can't recommend Dev any higher!
I have gone to several classes run by both Haruna Asakawa and James Uriu and I have found the classes to be reflective, healing, and energizing. This is now my favorite yoga system because it focuses on gradual growth and stretching, meditation, breath, and working with your body to improve health and flexibility - not overworking like in so many other yoga systems. This isn't the typical "cardio-workout" yoga with so many "downward dogs," Haruna and James both use original sanskrit to name the poses and each exercise is a natural progression of the last one. It gives me the moment to slow the world down and become more in-tune with myself. I highly recommend the Original Yoga System and Haruna and James as thoughtful and patient instructors!
Bob has been training me for about 8 years plus. During that time I observed him to be punctual and communicates very well with you. Most importantly he is very flexible and he works with your schedule during the entire week. Basically he works seven days a week, which I believe helps any citizen who wants to get his health and body in great shape. He loves to help every one and I greatly admire his skill and technique in teaching fitness and weight lifting training. He is simply the best and you can see I have not changed any trainer over the years. I love to work with Bob and my fitness and strength have increased greatly over the years. He is a great teacher on top of that. Enjoy your fitness session with Bob.
Katie is an amazing yoga teacher. She is gentle and thouough. I love taking her classes and doing privates with her.
I have been trying to get into the whole Yoga thing to help with a shoulder injury but never was motivated to pull the trigger. However, taking a private yoga class on the beach next to the Santa Monica pier had my interest a little more piqued. Dianna's instructions were great and made me feel like it was ok to be an beginner. She explained the overall themes of practicing Yoga, a little yoga history (which was cool) as well as breaking down all the positions pretty seamlessly. Overall, it was a great experience and a great workout as I was sore the next day which was quite surprised about since I frequent the gym on a regular basis. Lastly, she peppered in (food pun intended) some nutritional ideas to go along with the Yoga experience which I thought was pretty cool. I highly recommend Dianna as teacher as it seemed like a unique type of experience and her added knowledge of nutrition seemed like as great bonus.
I have taken several classes with Tami! She is amazing!!! She is down to earth, authentic as they come and she always makes everything fun! Her voice alone is super calming to the soul. She has taught me much about chakras, meditation, intuition and many other things! You will be forever changed by working with Tami! She has helped me with my son, whom has autism, and she has helped me dig deep within myself to find what was there all along. Truly, Tami is the real deal!!
Me and my husband have benefited greatly from Skye's classes. This is one of the best yoga classed you will ever take. She deals with the level your at and works with who you are. I feel so much more flexible. My husband would never do yoga before. Her meditations have changed our lives.
Once in a while, a person has a life changing event that totally redirects his trajectory. Working with Brian was such an event for me. I cannot say enough about what his meditation teachings has brought into my life. I will always be thankful and grateful. I would say by far the best investment I have ever made in myself. Do yourself a favor and give this a try.
I love that Dina is very attentive to all the participants in her class. She will come and correct your poses if you are not stretching correctly or if you need a modification. She is very knowledgeable about yoga, and a great teacher to work with. I get an awesome stretch and work-out after taking her class, and feel relaxed and refreshed at the same time.
Christina is an excellent teacher because she is passionate about Yoga. And you can feel it. Very attentive and encouraging too. I love it!
