- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is project based. Variables include the soil content and location whether they can be machine dug or they have to be hand dug. We are also not liable for fluctuations in material prices. Our quotes are good for 1 week unless we schedule you outside of that then we assume the risk in material price fluctuation. There is a deposit of 10% on scheduling date to hold your position. Depending on the length or size of the job the remainder of the cost is split for how many days the job is projected. Final payment is due on day of completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step in the process is the type of fence/gate to be built based on a design you gravitate towards. Drawings including dimensions and type would be the next step then we move forward with taking care of handling your project as quickly and accurately as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been building and constructing something from both my entire life in every medium. My main background is custom metal fabrication but am sufficient in every aspect of construction in general. Fencing is in particular satisfying and depending on the style incorporates every aspect of construction skills.
