Knowledge, confidence and results is what sets Julian and the Uncut Training academy apart from the rest. My fitness routine was consistent before I met with Julian but lacked discipline and motivation, especially after the pandemic.
After training with Julian, I gained more insight into the which warm ups/stretches, exercises and techniques that worked best for my body type.
I appreciated that our first session was a in depth consultation where we took measurements, body scans, mobility assessments and created a game plan that included a basic nutrition plan that was essential to seeing results within the first few weeks.
As weeks progressed we created more customized exercise routines and a solid nutrition plan based on my body type.
We had monthly check ins to keep track of my progress. This worked best for me because my goal in the beginning was to just get back in the gym and get on track again.
His approachable and kind demeanor made it easy to go over my goals, ask "silly" questions and receive constructive feedback on how to improve my form and techniques in the gym. He created a safe environment for me and made me feel comfortable when we trained together. I have a very reserved presence and with time I gained more confidence and ease not only in the gym but in my life as well.
He pushed me to my limits and beyond because he saw my determination and potential. What you put in, energy and respect, is what he gives back. All with grace and professionalism.
I've always been interested fitness, taking various classes at private studios and public gyms which helped me achieved commendable results on my own however Julian's customized approach for me was what took me to the next level and inspired me to look into becoming a personal trainer myself.
In the almost 2 years we trained together, my health improved immensely. Not only physically but mentally. I highly recommend Julian, no matter what level or path you are on in your fitness journey. You will not be disappointed.

By far, one of the best trainers I've encountered. He's not one of those trainers that is all about money. He really cares about your results, the food you eat, and makes sure you complete every part of your workout from start to finish. Also, he takes time to get to know you as a personal level. I really appreciate that because you should feel comfortable with your trainer. I don't even see him as my trainer anymore. He's my friend!

Julian is a phenomenal trainer! He corrected my form on some weight exercises I had been doing wrong for years and helped push me beyond my limits. I appreciated him keeping me motivated and accountable. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I’ve been training with Julian for a little over a year now. He is one of the best trainers I have worked with!! I know how to work out independently but I decided to work with a trainer for extra motivation and push out of my comfort zone. Best decision I made! He listens to your goals and builds your workout program around that. Don’t get me wrong, he is a tough coach but definitely worth it!
