- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a mileage fee. Traveling over 10 miles results in an extra $5 , Traveling over 20 miles is an extra $10.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will introduce myself and begin to put their mind at ease because it’s not easy walking into something new. My number 1 priority is customer service and professionalism and you will receive both first hand when dealing with iCanFixThat Mobile Repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took an 120 hour course and perfected over 50 screens before I could pass my training.
