Yes, our pricing is the Industry standard. But we are flexible and will consider all budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to get to know our customer and understand their needs. Each event is unique and we want to be sure we capture every aspect of the event. We ask a lot of questions and work together with our customers to be sure to deliver the service they expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a variety of experience. One major contributor on our team has 25 years in the Customer Service industry. While others have been in the hospitality industry including banquet services, party planning, and guest services. Also a few of our team has been on product demonstrations showcases products and services. We are all people pleasers at heart.
