- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with you to understand your need. If you're selling it helps to meet at the property. Then I'll come up with a written proposal and action plan and drop it off to you for review. I adjust the plan based on your feedback and coordinate with any other professional you may need to get the job done. I not only market your property or help you find what you're looking for. I bring a team of professionals to you and help manage the process at no extra cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly stay up to date by taking continuing education courses offered by NAR, CAR, the board that I belong to, attending all seminars/webinars about the changes in the real estate law, and reading daily news of the industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband and I started to buy and sell for ourselves before i decided to get my own license. After a few transactions and disappointing experiences with other agents, I decided to get my own license and represent ourselves. After i mastered the real estate transaction process decided to represent others. A few years later got the broker license and started my own brokerage.
