What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can come in for an appt and if all documents are present we can generally finish it while you are at the office. If more time or review is necessary our turn around is generally a week. Clients are welcome to upload docs into our portal as well in advance of office meeting or phone call. No office mtg is required. We can work remotely if necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tax preparers participate in various tax update courses throughout the year. We keep abreast of IRS tax changes year by year. We offer classes to the community for those who are interested in being certified to do taxes with the IRS and State Franchise Tax Board. All of our preparers are CTEC certified and either IRS Enrolled Agents or on their way to being one. We are serious tax preparers (Tax Junkies).
What types of customers have you worked with?
We prepare income tax returns for individuals and businesses. We provide tax planning strategies as well as financial planning for you and your family. You will learn more about your own tax situation year by year. We enjoy explaining and teaching our clients what their tax situation is. Try us, you will be happy you did.
