It’s free with no obligation to hire
Introduction: I believe that people basically know what they want, so I take the approach that each client is an expert on herself or himself. My role in your journey is to help you identify and remove obstacles on the road towards developing a stronger sense of self, as well as a more clear vision of what "success" means to you. Helping people realize that most of our behaviors are learned and were appropriate at some other point in our lives. That pattern was probably functional at the time, but is no longer serving you as it once did. Changing our lives for the better, therefore, can come down to simply learning new and more adaptive behaviors to cope with every day situations.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Some insurances are accepted. We also have a sliding fee scale from $65-$150 per hour.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? When it comes to choosing a therapist, I always tell clients that it's kind of like trying on new clothes before purchasing. Give a new therapist 4-6 weeks to see if the relationship is a good fit. If it's not, no hard feelings. A good therapist will understand and give you a few referrals before you part ways.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Therapists are not out to "shrink" your brain. You are the ultimate expert on yourself. I am here to help you sort things out, figure out what your goals are, design a plan to help you get there, and so on. Therapy is not always easy - it's not meant to be - but it can be one of the most enriching experiences of one's life.
