Robert and his team did a great job with my mold remediation. From the free inspection, Robert was very thorough he took lots of photos, explained everything clearly, and gave me a very detailed, fair quote. During the job, they were honest, careful, and never added any surprise charges. Even after opening the wall and finding additional issues, they still tried to handle everything in the way that was best for me, not what would make them the most money. In the end, though they did extra work, they didnt charge me anything extra. I really appreciated how professional and customer focused Robert and the team ware. Highly recommend.

Had a toilet backup at my home that caused way more damage than I initially realized, and PuroClean of Long Beach came to the rescue. They handled everything quickly and professionally but what really made the difference was how smoothly they worked with my insurance company. I was honestly expecting a headache but they made the whole process so much easier.Turns out theyre preferred vendors for a lot of insurance carriers, and you can really tell they know exactly what theyre doing and bring a ton of value beyond just the mitigation work. Super grateful for their help!

PuroClean is a great company. Juan responded quickly to address water damage in my residence. He walked me through the process and patiently answered my questions.Both Juan and Robert promptly communicated clearly. Their team treated my residence and belongings as if it was theirs.The rebuild work looks very nice and definitely an upgrade from before.This company is a rare find. I am a detailed Doctor and I can say that I am so happy I chose this company over all others. Juan and Richard, owners, were super professional, super understanding and very detailed in all aspects. I had a major biohazard clean up and they, as well as their employees on site made sure everything was cleaned and disinfected thoroughly. They accommodated my needed short notice time frame and took extra time while there. I called 2 other long standing experienced companies and the degree of follow up, care, and professionalism was not nearly as great as with PuroClean. I made the right decision, thank God. Trust me, I am a critic and my 5 stars, as you may experience is true. Pricing also was very fair and in some ways, less than others, but I believe the service and job is superior to others based on my experience.
