Galina is helping my son learn Spanish and she is wonderful! She is prompt, warm, friendly, speaks several languages and so knows how to teach kids trying to learn another language. He looks forward to his lessons with Galina!Jun 11, 2017Verified

Reading and Writing Tutoring
While Eric initially sent a good tutor, as soon as I gave good review the tutor quit abruptly leaving us stranded mid-year and in the middle of a few projects. While I understand everyone has life changing events the lack of notice gave us significant stress. There was no accountability from anyone. The replacement tutor Eric sent was not able to meet for a few weeks due to car problems and then we never heard from her after that. The service makes you buy packages of hours ahead of time so if the tutor quits you are stuck. To date I've not received a refund of the hours unused.Nov 11, 2019Verified
