- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Evolve Los Altos offers teacher training in Pilates, yoga and GYROTONIC (r) exercise. Those wishing to become teachers, or simply to go deeper into their practice are welcome to attend our trainings. We also offer continuing education for teachers and workshops that are open to all, including workshops with John Friend.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We have fully certified instructors teaching our modalities. Ask, when you are shopping for a fitness instructor, what their credentials are. We have programs that require over 600 hours of apprenticeship to be the best teacher! We can work people recovering from injuries, those looking to cross train and those simply looking for a safe way to exercise.
