I recently used OC X LA Plumbing and had an excellent experience from start to finish. David was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He came out to replace our garbage disposal and also handled a sewer repair that other plumbers made seem complicated and stressful.
David explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and made sure the work was done the right way. The garbage disposal works perfectly now, and the sewer repair was completed quickly and cleanly with no issues. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work and his customers.
Finding a trustworthy plumber is hard these days, but OC X LA Plumbing definitely earned my trust. Great communication, fair pricing, and top-quality service. To be honest, I was very skeptical about hiring these young gentlemen to do my plumbing job, but I had five different estimates. I had some outrageous ones that didn’t make sense and I also had some they are very cheap but I just didn’t trust the people when I first met them, I see them they’re very young and I had my doubts After seeing the way they talked and how knowledgeable they were especially Sender. It made me 100% more comfortable, he knew more than the people that were charging three times more than him and knew more people that were charging three times less than him. It was the perfect balance we ended up having a much bigger issue than expected, but Sender guiding me through the process and help me with all my plumbing needs. I really appreciate him. Thanks God for him. I would highly recommend this company especially Sender.
