- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general, a job is $200 an hour. A $100 deposit is required to book a date with a pilot. The deposit goes towards the total job cost. This comes with: 1. Aerial videos 2. Aerial photos 3. Expert consultation from our pilots on how & what to take footage of. 4. One small clip edit & raw footage to use as needed. 5. A license to use the footage for any purpose. 6. Travel anywhere within Los Angeles County.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our best work is done when we know exactly what the client needs to fulfill their goals. Here's our process to make sure we're on the same page: 1. Call to discuss goals, vision, and purpose. 1.a. It's important we're on the same page and that your vision is our vision. 1.b. If you need guidance on what to take footage of and what will be best for a final result, we can help with a consultation at no extra cost. 2. Discuss the job length. 2.a. Is this a single-hour job or will we need to be there for a whole day? 3. Location. 3.a. Is this a single setting, or will we be taking footage of multiple locations? 4. Payment terms. 4.a. We'll be requesting a deposit of $100, with a final payment at the end of the on-site job.
