- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is usually for a Charge of a minimum of 4 hours and time starts 30 minutes before I arrive to jobsite. I will state it before I get a confirmed dispatch order either by text or email. Parts and materials are not included in the dispatch price. This sort of pricing is only when I have to investigate and confirm where leak is coming from if repairable within said 4 hours that will be my price and any parts or material is extra. If customer states that they want certain fixtures installed replaced or demoed I will set a certain price and that will be included with parts and materials until said specific fixture is replaced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer is easy. Once Customer reaches out and says that they are interested in my service I explain to them what I am quoting my time to investigate or straight to the repair replacement or both. After quote is approve then I can schedule either same day or next day or when ever customer is ready if same day or next day doe not work for them. Payments are accepted : cash, check, apple pay and zelle.
