FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing clear and upfront so there are no surprises. For plumbing, we charge a $100 diagnostic fee for standard residential service, $150 for emergency or after-hours visits, and $250 for commercial properties. This allows us to properly identify the issue and recommend the right solution, and the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost if you move forward with the work. For other services, pricing depends on the scope of work, and we provide detailed estimates with a clear breakdown. We focus on fair pricing for quality work and will always walk you through your options when possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding exactly what you need through a quick call or message. In many cases, we can provide an estimate based on photos. If needed, we’ll schedule a visit to assess the job in person. Once everything is approved, we set a clear schedule, complete the work efficiently, and make sure you’re satisfied before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on work and managing large residential portfolios. We’ve overseen maintenance, renovations, and vendor coordination across hundreds of units, which gives us a strong understanding of both the technical side and what clients expect in terms of quality and timelines.
