My tenant called with the suspicion there was a trapped animal in the hood vent above the stove. I called a number of companies and none had sam day availability and/or serviced condos.
Aesthetic Rat and Wildlife Control was recommended to me, and Rene was very responsive and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. He worked with me and my tenant and was able to removed the bird (still alive!) and recommended some easy fixes. Thank you Rene!

They quickly figured out what needed to be done to keep rodents out of my garage and attic. Then they meticulously sealed all possible paths of entry and completely solved my rodent problem. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A friendly conversation, getting the details of how long and what the customers level of concern is and when their next availability is for us to stop by to do an inspection. Inspector shows up on time and crawls under your house inside your attic and on top of the roof and does a complete inspection. YES WE CRAWL UNDER YOUR HOME AND IN ATTIC . After inspection is complete pricing is given.
