Renee’s company stood out by offering same-day service and charging much less than the other quotes I received. Renee arrived within hours and worked tirelessly to remove the rodent, even though it was stuck in a very tight space. His dedication and positive attitude were truly impressive. He was transparent about the whole process and, to my surprise, ended up charging me less than his initial quote. What made the experience even better was that Renee, the owner, came out personally because I live in the same city. He mentioned that all his technicians were out in the field, but since I was nearby, he took the job himself. This kind of dedication to his community is rare and very much appreciated. The young man who showed up was courteous, knowledgeable, and capable. He removed 4 baby birds that had fallen down the stove vent to the top of my microwave. Although we found three had died, he was able to save one and place him in a tree where the mama and daddy birds came to it to care for it. I was very happy to see how gentle this young man was in making sure the surviving baby bird was returned to its family. He then sealed up my vents after removing the nest. I highly recommend this company.

Rene Groves El Segundo,Ca. So I got a request for a small animal removal from a chimney, upon arrival I inspect the chimney and there was a energetic squirrel running in and out of a small in accessible crevice in the rear of the chimney. So I rescued the squirrel after two days of him being stubborn and was able to apprehend the little critter, release him outside in the backyard, his name now is Mr. Peeps he has now become the homeowners pet and frequents the back porch three times a day for fine food and drink.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are many companies that provide a variety of services a lot of times pest control gets associated with wildlife control and rodent control. Those are actually different fields in my opinion. I have the privilege of working with only animals rodents , choose a wildlife specialist not a bug guy . When ever in need of wildlife control choose a wildlife control company , not a bug company who decides to dabble in animal services .
