Matt was the technician who arrived to address our raccoon problem. He was punctual and arrived on time. He did a great job considering the rainy weather. Renee, the owner, came out when our problem persisted. Apparently, baby raccoons were under our house and needed to be removed in order to end the raccoon problem. Lindsey went under the house and pulled out 3 baby raccoons. Renee advised us to put the babies in an open container so that the mother could fetch them which she did that night. The job still has some work to be done, but the raccoon problem is over.

I contacted them in an emergency rodent situation. I had one in my recessed lighting in my kitchen. We were frantic they responded so fast and arrived within about an hour of my call. We have had years of issues with rats specifically. Previous pest control never found the entry points like Aesthetic Rodent and Wildlife Control did. I should have reached to them sooner our issues could have been resolved years ago.

Aesthetic saved the day! We arrived home to find a squirrel in our home today. Needless to say we need it removed Asap! We spent over an hour calling other companies who were either closed, had no one to send out since it was a Sunday day afternoon, or they didn’t call us back at all. Thankfully I remembered to check this app and I’m so glad I did! Within minutes I got a call and Rene came out SAME DAY and saved the day and our sanity! He was punctual, courteous, and professional. Rene Groves El Segundo,Ca. So I got a request for a small animal removal from a chimney, upon arrival I inspect the chimney and there was a energetic squirrel running in and out of a small in accessible crevice in the rear of the chimney. So I rescued the squirrel after two days of him being stubborn and was able to apprehend the little critter, release him outside in the backyard, his name now is Mr. Peeps he has now become the homeowners pet and frequents the back porch three times a day for fine food and drink.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are many companies that provide a variety of services a lot of times pest control gets associated with wildlife control and rodent control. Those are actually different fields in my opinion. I have the privilege of working with only animals rodents , choose a wildlife specialist not a bug guy . When ever in need of wildlife control choose a wildlife control company , not a bug company who decides to dabble in animal services .
