Jay diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. He explained very clearly what was wrong and how we can avoid it in the future. Note: A different company had quoted me a price of $1,000.00 to replace parts. Jay was able to show me those parts are working perfectly and just needed a good cleaning.
