I'm happy with Ben Meraki service. Showed up on time fixed the same day and now I have perfect washer. Price also reasonable. Did not try to sell anything and very honest about repair and appliance maintenance. Definitely recomend and will call again.

Great service! Prompt and responsive! I had convenient appointment for my dishwasher repair. Ben spent no time to diagnose and fix my dishwasher. I did shop around before booking and he offers best price.

You don’t always experience great service but you can trust Ben from Meraki. When I called him for my oven repair he showed up next day in the morning. Immediately start testing and find out I needed new igniter. He had the part and replaced right away. He did great job and I’m really happy. Ben is very knowledgeable and respectful guy. Definitely recomend and call him first for my appliances.

Super responsive guy, clean while working on my samsung fridge. Explained what caused the issue and how to fix it. He also checked my other appliances and remind me about future maintenance. He also followed up after few days. Overall I would recomend him. Price also fair did not fell overchaged. Thank you Ben, you are my appliance guy!

I totally recommend Ben for washer and dryer issues. He is very nice and profesional. He answered my call right away and I was able to get an appointment for the next day early morning.
