I charge a flat diagnostic/service call fee, which is applied toward the repair if you choose to proceed. Final repair cost depends on the issue, parts required, and labor. I provide clear pricing after diagnosis before any work is done. No hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by confirming the appliance issue and scheduling a convenient service time. During the visit, I perform a full diagnostic, explain the problem clearly, and provide an upfront repair estimate. Once approved, I complete the repair and test the appliance to ensure proper operation. I answer any questions and provide guidance to help prevent future issues.

For the past 2+ years, I have specialized in residential appliance repair, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens.
