As soon as we set the appointment the response was quick and professional. My repair on my dryer was completed quickly and professionally. Daniel came right on time and was very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosis that the ignitor for our built-in oven was damaged, he discussed pricing, very understanding and within minutes, he called us to feel the heat coming from the oven. Roman came over when I was told to expect him, he quickly identified the reason my refrigerator was not cooling, told me he would need to come back with the right part, and gave me the total charge for the job. By 8:30 pm I assumed he was too busy, and I would see him the next morning, but at 8:45 he came back and in just about an hour I had a working refrigerator/freezer again, stopped the rest of my food spoiling, and he even took a few dollars off for paying him in cash. My first and only major appliance repair turned out as well as I could have possibly hoped!
