FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $40 diagnostic fee, which is fully waived if I’m hired for the repair. Pricing depends on the type of appliance and the issue, but I always provide a clear estimate before starting any work. There are no hidden fees — just honest, upfront pricing. Discounts may be available for multiple appliances or repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to the customer’s issue and asking a few questions to understand the problem. Next, I schedule a convenient time to come out for diagnosis. Once on-site, I inspect the appliance, identify the issue, and explain what’s wrong in simple terms. I always provide a clear estimate before starting any repair. If the customer agrees, I complete the job efficiently, clean up after the work, and make sure everything is working properly. Customer satisfaction is my top priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience repairing all types of household appliances. In addition to practical training, I’ve completed specialized technical courses in appliance diagnostics, electrical systems, and refrigeration. I stay up to date with the latest technology and models, and I’m fully licensed to operate as a repair technician in California.
