Charisse was very nice and professional. The appraisal took a bit longer than I expected but she's a busy lady taking care of people all over the area. No big deal for me.

Her first version of the RE Appraisal Report gave zero value to a steel structure, a 30’x40’ shop with three roll-up doors, concrete floor and foundation and full power including 220. When I objected she responded that storage buildings are deemed “personal property”. How one gets to claim to be an experienced real estate appraiser without knowing the difference in real and personal property is beyond me. She got some advice from another appraiser and revised it. There were other errors and the odd verbal comment to the owner that she didn’t know how to draw a floor plan. The appraisal included one so I guess she figured it out or got help.
Cannot recommend her. She also complained to me about getting charged by Thumbtack even for inquiries not leading to getting hired which was very unprofessional in my opinion.
She did apologize saying that some rural properties are “complex”. I was required to pay in advance so was stuck with her.
