Absolutely Incredible Experience with Bartending Babes! Bartending Babes made my event last night unforgettable! From start to finish, their professionalism, energy, and attention to detail were outstanding. The bartender was to show up at 6:00pm to setup for a party that started at 6:30pm. He arrived at 6:25pm.
He was to bring all bartending supplies, beverage napkins, straws, and ice tubs. He didn't bring any of that. In fact, he had none of the setup that any bartender brings with them not even a hand towel or a rubber mat to pour over.
We added the service for 100lbs of ice. He brought no ice and said his manager didn't tell him about it. So, he left and returned 60lbs of ice, but no napkins or straws.
He arrived well after 6:30pm and after the guests started arriving. So, I setup the bar for him which was something we paid for and was to begin at 6:00pm.
We asked that there be no tip jar or tipping at all and that we were going to pay the tip as part of the service fee. To our surprise, had prominently displayed a large, laminated placard with his Venmo and Zelle for tips!
We booked him through 11pm, not midnight! And, in fact, we let him leave closer to 10pm. All around ridiculously awful experience. It was more work having a bartender than pouring our own drinks. On top of it, we had to deal with an owner who cares nil about his clients and their needs.
In fact, after seeing this review, like all AWFUL service companies, the owner replied to me with "we do not care about the review."
No surprise based on the awful service, clients are the least of their concern! Stay away from this provider.

For your event, you booked a five-hour service, and our bartender completed the scheduled shift by 11:30 PM. We strive for transparency and promptly refunded the cost of ice as a courtesy, even after providing receipts for your records.
