- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love chatting with customers to get a feel for what they want. I'll offer ideas and suggestions and get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
New School For Cooking Have traveled to many foreign countries to hone my skills (Thailand, Bali, Italy). I have worked at some amazing restaurants (Gjelina) and learned from some of the best chefs in Los Angeles.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in a restaurant and started an underground supper club with the sous chef and sommelier. We became super popular very quick with requests for dinners outside of our supper club. This led me to the world of private chef-ing. From there, I opened my own restaurant and now continue to cook privately.
