I went to several parties where he was bartending, and we also tried the Vermouth Tasting and other experiences with different groups of friends. What's excellent about him is that all he makes is fresh, he uses quality ingredients and doesn't use any mixers. We had events with some friends that cannot drink alcohol, and he made amazing mocktails for them.

I was absolutely blown away by the experience Paolo created for us. I threw an intimate birthday party for my dads 75th and worked with Paolo to create a mocktail list to serve. He shared an extensive list of options and was extremely welcoming of ideas. I described for him traditional North African drinks (eg a hot sweet mint tea served over whole almonds, or rozzata which is a unique drink served on happy occassions) and he would propose a twist on the traditional beverage, turning it into a creative mocktail! Everything he made was exceptional - fresh, homemade ingredients, expertly crafted and served with joy. The experience was a lovely highlight to a night my family will never forget! On top of that, he was extremely communicative and professional. Paolo is a talented craftsmen and I would love to work with him again!

We had the pleasure of inviting Paolo to handle two family functions for the month of July. It was abundantly clear in the first 5 minutes that we would be inviting him from now on! Not only was the service top shelf and drinks way beyond our expectations but the way he was able to put together a package that tailor fit our needs for a very reasonable price was nothing short of a blessing! I could write a novel with praise but you will just have to experience it for yourself. I cannot recommend him enough and look forward to more festivities using his services.
