We hired Paolo and his barback for our post-elopement celebration, and they exceeded every expectation. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, organized, and incredibly easy to work with.
The bar ran seamlessly all night. Drinks were made quickly, the setup stayed clean and organized, and Paolo did a fantastic job interacting with our guests. He struck the perfect balance of being friendly and personable while keeping service moving efficiently. His barback was equally hardworking and helped ensure everything behind the scenes ran without a hitch.
Leading up to the event, Paolo was also extremely helpful with planning. He gave us great recommendations on quantities of alcohol and supplies, which took a lot of the guesswork and stress out of preparing for the party.
We received so many compliments from our guests about the bar service, and it’s clear that Paolo takes pride in what he does. If you’re looking for a dependable, professional bartender for a wedding, private party, or any special event, I can’t recommend Paolo highly enough. He played a big part in making our celebration such a memorable and enjoyable evening. We’d hire him again without hesitation!

I hired Paolo for my son’s birthday party and couldn’t be happier. He arrived early to set up and make sure everything was ready before guests arrived. Throughout the planning process, he was very responsive. He answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. His cocktails were delicious and made samples for the guests so they could try a couple of the specialty cocktails. Will hire him again for our next party! I highly recommend!

Hard to choose just three qualities that made Paolo so excellent! He was a great communicator, he was flexible on drinks and service, he was on time, learned everyone's drink, even brought drinks to us in the pool when we were too lazy to get out and come to the bar! Paolo's drinks were AMAZING - absolutely delicious! And his set up was top notch with samples of the signature drinks. Thank you, Paolo, for making a fun day truly exceptional!
