We had the pleasure of working with Rodger and his team at Rodger’s Bartending Services for our wedding, and we could not be more impressed with the exceptional service they provided. With over 300 guests in attendance, managing the bar was no small task, yet Rodger and his staff handled everything seamlessly. From the very beginning, Rodger was professional, attentive, and organized, ensuring every detail was taken care of so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. On the day of our wedding, his bartenders were not only efficient and skilled, but also incredibly warm and welcoming to our guests. The drinks were consistently well-made, lines were kept moving quickly, and our guests commented over and over on how wonderful the bartending service was. Rodger’s leadership and the professionalism of his team truly elevated our celebration, allowing us to relax and enjoy the night knowing our guests were in great hands. I can't say enough good things about RogersBartenders. They were the bartenders for our wedding and Roger worked with me from the beginning to choose a package that worked best for us and threw in a little extra for us. The drinks were DELICIOUS and so well made. The bartenders added special garnishes that we dd not expect but really elevated the drinks. I am so happy with the service we received and would use Roger again in a heartbeat.
We used Roger for my mom’s retirement party and I am so glad we did!! First off, the drinks were a huge hit. We had three signature cocktails and everyone kept raving about them (especially the spicy mango margarita and watermelon martini). The customized menu that Roger created was so cute and fight perfectly with my theme. He really brought my vision to life! He also suggested the Aperol spritz tour which I loved! Roger was great to work with, so responsive and answered all my questions. I asked for another bartender and he was quick to get that situated and he was also great. Roger brought all his stuff, the bar looked amazing and he cleaned up everything. I am so glad we hired them. I will definitely be using Roger again!

I can not say enough good things about Roger and his crew. The team came over-prepared (and thank goodness because we ended up having 100 extra guests we weren't anticipating). He was communicative about the overages and most importantly flexible, understanding and ready to handle anything! The drinks he curated were elevated and really brought a level of class to our event. He had freshly dried garnishes and homemade syrups. 10/10 would hire again and recommend their team to anyone needing bar services for an event.

I would have given more good points about working with Roger but thumbtack only limits me to 3.
I have nothing to say but pros with such a great positive experience. I will break down this review in 2 different parts. The scheduling/work/communication part before the event, and the event itself.
BEFORE: Roger is very responsive to inquiries. His designs are great and his ability to convey information that is needed is good. I'm very detail oriented and Roger was more than happy to cover my concerns and also work with my requirements.
DURING: Roger's team was the only vendor that was punctual in my event. His team was very nice, informative, and a great hit with all the guests. Massive kudos to the level of experience and professionalism that I received. I would not hesitate to book with Roger again. The portable bar looks amazing (one of the best I've seen), and the menu also looked amazing.
VALUE: I specifically chose Roger because I believed they provided the best value and I was not disappointed. I hope to book again with smaller events in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm currently offering 10% off of any package I have on my website. As for fees there is a bartender fee in all of my packages per bartender needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure that I'm very straight forward and transparent and I always try to work with budgets and tweak my prices to benefit all involved parties whether new or repeat costumers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working as a mechanical bull operator when I was 17 and eventually started getting promoted. I have done almost everything regarding costumer service from serving the drinks to making them to inventing them. I've had over 8 year of bartending experience working in nightclubs, fine dining restaurants, whiskey bars, hotels, dive bars, and learning more and more every year.
