Introduction: I specialize in functional and sports performance training. I'm an NASM certified master, and I train most of my clients in different parks in the Beverly Hills area.
I use TRX bands, dumbbells, resistance bands, hurdles, their own body weight, a medicine ball and a physioball to get my clients in the best shape of their lives.
I also train for basketball skills development at all levels. I focus on the fundamentals and build around each player's individual style to get the most out of each workout.
