There's no obligation after the consultation, so there's nothing to lose by reaching out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a quick call or a form submission on our website. From there, one of our technicians reaches out to schedule a free in-home appointment at a time that's convenient for you. When we come out, we bring our full collection so you can browse styles and materials right in your own space. We take all the measurements ourselves, walk you through your options, and give you a clear quote. Once you're ready to move forward, we handle the full installation. Most customers are surprised by how easy the whole process is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has gone through professional training in window treatment design, product knowledge, and installation techniques. We stay current with the latest products, fabrics, and motorization technology so we can give every customer the best recommendations for their specific needs. Working hands-on with hundreds of homes across the Los Angeles area has also been the best education; every project teaches you something new.
