I’m a new small business owner just getting my online business ‘insight into injury’ started. I have no professional education in business or sales but I was learning a lot from online webinars and thinking I had a decent grasp on things. Then I ran across Andre, and working with him was like having a hundred light bulbs go off above my head. He seems to know every trick of the trade and eagerly shares them with me in a way that makes total sense. He gives me step by step actionable strategies and goals and makes me accountable to them and encourages me along the way. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I like to do a 15min free discovery call to find out about your business and see how I can help. I don't understand consultants who can quote a price without understanding what needs to be done. My fees are always based upon the project, and never upon time units. That way you’re encouraged to call upon me without worrying about a meter running, and I’m free to suggest additional areas of focus without concern about increasing your investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Discover what the client wants to accomplish. 2. Find out the challenges that they are facing. 3. Diagnose the problems. 4. Design a plan. 5. Execute!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Schooled in Paris in International Business; background in management, finance, behavioral psychology, and marketing. I
