- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I view the job onsight and no more or less how much the job will be without playing any games with the customers time or mines. Over the years I know each job how long it will take me just by looking at the job and whats needed to clean it the right way the 1st time and believe it or not, I calculate everything on top of my head very quickly, because I have been doing this for too long!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
100% to satisfy and go above and beyond to please each and every new customer, so they will refer my business to friends and family and co-workers they know. I know the power of word of mouth and I know once they use my service, they'll use my Services for a lifetime in Los Angeles Vicinity and surrounding areas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Capricorn....so every job I do, I am a perfectionist from the 1st spot or stain to the last spot or stain I need to remove or I am not satisfied and that's why I am the best our there!
