Updated below: Mr Steam was great and did an awesome job at our cleaning needs. I was appreciative of his response times, and his attention to detail and price! Will for sure use again! But then I booked another appointment for follow up and they flaked and didn't return messages and my carpet is still dirty. Too bad, I was happy to have found a reliable business.
