I had the opportunity to employee Chef Zach Minkoff for several catering events. Zach's level of professionalism and enthusiasm for his craft is obvious. He is talented, courteous, and strives to go above and beyond to ensure his clients are satisfied, all at a very reasonable price. He was also more than willing to provide "very much appreciated" options for special dietary needs that my events required. He's a man of integrity and value and I HIGHLY recommend him.
