- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make sure we never cross contaminate food items. We make sure we find out about our clients health and safety before providing services. We are aware that some clients are allergic to certain foods and we can also provide glutten free food menus and drinks. We also you animal cruelty free products when it comes to our glam and beauty services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to do consultations first so we can determine our client's specific needs and wants. We always want to make sure that we are all on one accord. This also gives the client an opportunity to get a feel of how we operate. We also do Skype & FaceTime video chat meetings and consultations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff are licensed and certified industry professionals. We are all very well seasoned and extremely professional. We make sure that we stay in compliance and we are very big on cleanliness and making sure we are up to par when it comes to sanitation, food handling and providing beauty services. We care highly about our reputation and professionalism.
