- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service prices are added once the type of service is establisted. Generally for drop off service there are no additional service fees, for onsight cooking there is a $250 day rate for chef, and servers cost $25/hr. Event planning services depend on the scope of the party.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our initial contact, I like to get a sense of the type of service that the client is looking for, before menu planning. Once the scope of the party is established, it is easier to provide menu ideas that better fit the style of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional chef and event coordinator for 10 yrs. I have working in catering halls, restaurants and hospitality organizations before venturing off and starting the WeHo Sausage and Catering Co.
